Roles and Responsibilities
1. HR operations Employee life cycle management of On-boarding, Induction Confirmation, Exit management.
2. Identify, onboard, engage and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs
3. Administer, audit and ensure all statutory compliance for MLL and BAs
4. Maintain close and strategic relation with BA and customers and act as a point of contact for all on ground activities
5. Develop and maintain proactive employee relations
6. Administer Talent Management initiatives of Performance Management and learning and Development in conjunction with Corp L&D Team
Desired Candidate Profile
BBA/BMS candidate preferred with 2-3 yrs experience as a business HR
